Every order is packed and shipped from the United States. Here is exactly what to expect.
Your digital copy: instant
The moment your order is confirmed, your digital copy is emailed to the address you used at checkout. If it hasn't landed within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us and we'll resend it.
Your printed book
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- US delivery: typically 5–9 business days after processing
- Cost: free shipping on all US orders
- Tracking: emailed automatically as soon as your parcel is scanned
Delivery estimates are business days and don't include weekends or holidays. Carrier delays, weather and peak season can add a few days.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before the label prints. After that we can't reroute a parcel in transit.
Lost or damaged
If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, or your book arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
