Order it. Take it to work. If it doesn't make a single shift easier within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you in full.
How to start a return
- Email aurellagoods1@gmail.com with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Send the book back in resalable condition.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.
The details
- You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
- No restocking fee. No forms to fill out.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover it.
- The free digital copy is yours to keep either way; it doesn't affect your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to send anything back.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund before the order ships.
